ForgeIL is based in Israel. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. When we use US-based processors (Google, Web3Forms), appropriate data transfer mechanisms are in place per their respective terms.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top will change. If changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to notify active contacts.
